I think Green did play CB in high school because Ohio State recruited him heavily as a CB and Rivals rated him as the ninth best CB coming out of high school. He probably played both ways. It’s unlikely OSU recruits him as a CB if he didn’t play it in HS and there’s no way Rivals ranks him that high at CB, if he didn’t do it in high school.

Justin Green was an AP 1st team all-state defensive back in 2008, but not on the first or second teams for offense.

If you read through the Louisville Courier-Journal articles on Green, it is clear that he played both ways for Louisville Male, RB/DB. What isn’t clear is what position he played in the secondary. For one game at least, he apparently played primarily at linebacker!
