Bottom line, at least for me, is that the University is focused on the clout scandal and trying to find a new President & Chancellor. I think the common view from the Board of Trustees to the AD's office is that Zook gets one more year, the new President picks Guenther's successor next fall, and the new AD picks Zook's successor next winter. I just can't see Ron Guenther picking a new football coach in this environment. Nor would I want him to. I saw that, but I’m putting it in the “believe it when I see it” category.
